"I came in with a big ole dent in the side of my car and a broken mirror on my passenger side from sliding into a mailbox during an ice storm earlier this year. I looked through different places on Google Maps to decide which repair shop I wanted to go to, and this place had wonderful reviews. My estimate was quick and easy, and afterwards they said it would be a couple months before they could get me in. I expected as much so I waited for the appointment day to come. Then a bit later I get a call from Bob about an opening the next Monday for a dropoff, and so we moved up the dropoff by a month. When I dropped off my car, I was able to be picked up by my rental car company and get that taken care of, and so I left my car in the capable hands of the workers. The next communication I got was from Bob again, who said I had a broken window switch on my passenger side that would cost extra if I wanted to fix it, but he wanted to ask about it since they could repair it then. I accepted the ~$80 additional out of pocket amount and then waited for the repair to be done. I figured they'd call if they had any issues, so I patiently waited/hoped I wouldn't have issues that they'd need to call about. The next call I got was that my car was ready! When I got there, all I had to do was leave my rental car and keys with them, then pay for my repair and pick up my keys. When I realized I forgot my garage clicker in the rental car, they were kind enough to get it out of the car and set it aside for me to pick up. Overall, a wonderful experience. It was my first time getting any car I owned repaired, and as a woman I felt respected. Most of the time when it comes to cars I'm asking my dad about everything, but with LMC I felt comfortable letting them take the wheel (no pun intended). I highly recommend this place for all repair needs, I will definitely be coming again if I need repairs! Thanks so much to Bob especially for all the help, and for the workers who repaired my car so well."

"My experience at Lake Marion was fantastic from start to finish! They did a thorough inspection and provided an accurate estimate (noting that there may be more unseen damage they couldn't access until parts were off the car). It took a while to get my car in, but it was worth the wait. They finished the repairs in the time frame given with no visible damage, and upon getting my car back, they had cleaned it inside and out. My car was the cleanest it has ever been, including the day I bought it from the dealership! They also informed me that I didn't need to drive my rental car back, the rental car place would pick up & they made the call to the rental company. Lake Marion went above and beyond. This is how businesses should treat customers. Not only would I bring my cars back, but I will refer business their way!"

"Our family gave Lake Marion Collision a challenge, restore a 2003 Ford F-250 to original condition. The truck belonged to our daughter that is no longer with us, the goal was to keep it exactly as she left it. This truck will stay in our family and we wanted it perfect. Bruce and Dan did an excellent job. Quality second to none. Every detail is perfect! Working with an older truck can be difficult and I am not sure most shops would want the trouble. Bruce inspected the truck thoroughly while quoting the project. Work was scheduled soon after. Any issue that came up was brought to our attention and resolved with what we wanted and to keep the project on budget. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs bodywork.
