"I had a tough time getting anyone to help get my warranty work scheduled. 1st call went to voicemail, with no returned call. 2nd call in, seemed as though it would be impossible to get anything done. I had to continue to call in or it seemed they would have just never done anything about it and would have been happy with that outcome. I finally heard the part came in but the guy had no idea how it got there. At least he could schedule it. The service guy I worked with when I got there (Brian ?) was very good about the whole rest of the process. I am disappointed that I had to do so much babysitting to get my warranty work completed after having a warranty worthy claim and already going in to let them try to fix it 3 times before getting the authorization to get the part and fix it right. I would call it a big let down. May need to shop new vehicles elsewhere."
