"I ordered shoes for my girlfriend online and when they arrived they were completely destroyed. Instead of trying to call in and ship them back to get another pair I thought I would try to take them to my local Finish Line in Fort Smith to see what my options were. I figured they were going to tell me to just call some 1-800 number and deal with it that way. Boy was I wrong, the entire management staff instantly made me feel at ease and actually had the shoes I needed in stock and took care of me right away. I will definitely be taking my shoe business to those guys, they really know how to take care of the customer and make sure you leave happy!! I would definitely recommend them."
