"Half the time they don't answer their phones. They random close down for a day or two without any notice being posted. The service is very slow. They ruined a BMW airbag module by loading wrong codes into it. It took about to weeks for them to take it back to re do it when we picked it up, it looked like they never even attempted a second try. They said it will work. We trusted them and put the module back into the vehicle to only find out it was the same problem. Very fraustrated very annoying that they lie to you and don't show any respect to their customers. I would be embarrassed if I ran a business like this!"
