"This was one of the worst experiences I have had servicing my vehicle. A complete waste of my time and money. I do not recommended you purchase or service your vehicle here. I brought my car in 5 times over the course of a month and spent well over $1600. They charged me double for parts since the first one they installed failed which if I knew before hand I wouldn’t have went with aftermarket. It was the only option they gave me and I trusted they were the experts. The initial issue I brought it in for is still NOT FIXED. Each time they told me I could picked up my car and it was good to go it either didn’t start, check engine light was still on or it would come back on the next day. I spoke with a manager in hopes to find a resolution. I was asked to bring the car in again. By the 5th time of bringing it in, they were able to find the issue so they say. I was quoted $3,200 and they didn’t care to take anything off what I had already put into it. I will never service my car here again."

"TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place has gone down hill. I have called their service department FOUR times over the course of 3 weeks and no one has ever answered. I left a voicemail with my information, requesting that someone call me back, and no one has ever called me back. I even wrote them an email and nothing. I had to make an appointment and physically go into their service center just to get an answer to a simple question that could have been answered over a phone call. Not to mention, I was told I needed to come back on a different day because the one person that could diagnose my car didn't work that day! I left there (very slow) facility and realized I had another question, so I called them right after I left to, yet again, have no one answer! So, I had to drive all the way back to their facility to get the answer to that question, too! Absolutely ridiculous, inconvenient, and inconsiderate. What a waste of my time. I highly recommend buying from a different Honda dealership and taking your car elsewhere to get serviced. These guys do not care about their customers anymore. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed. And Brandon, if you still work there, I highly recommend you leave and find a better dealership to work at. They don’t deserve you, and you can do so much better! Best of luck to you!"

"I had my muffler replaced to be specific the repair was replace muffler and gasket. Total cost was $780.67 broken down as: $701.52 for the repair, $47.29 foe the shop charges, and $31.86 for taxes. This price seemed too high but in a time crunch okayed the repair. I got two estimates after the fact. One estimate was $300 and one was $421. I am sure these didn't include shop charges and taxes. These estimates were $300 and $400 lower than what I paid at RBH. The service was fine. I understand original Honda parts are a plus. I wish more reviews would post cost of repairs. Is $701 reasonable for a muffler and gasket replacement? Any one else have this service done and what did you pay at a Honda Dealership. Sounds like the $700 service charge is excessive but the Honda parts and convenience of no waiting- still seems a little high."
