"Long story short. My kids and I scratch a lot of cars. This damage was caused by the dealership. They chose this autobody shop. Orange peel that’s worse than anything. Jeep has ever put on a car. Terrible buff marks. Two creases now in the bumper in the plastic and two scratches and a haze to the clearcoat. . I highly recommend not going here. I highly recommend where I should’ve taken my car, which is Raymond‘s auto body. Breaks my heart to see almost a brand new car leave a body shop with more damage to it than before. If anyone wants to reach out, I’d be happy to show them the photographs or have you stop by and even see . And I have the before photographs and after to prove it. I took photographs before it went in, and I have them on hand. And the after results. This is the nicest most expensive vehicle I have owned , but poor quality is poor quality regardless as we all invest so much into our vehicles regardless of their price"

"Our car was caught up in the hail storm in August and Lematterys did an excellent job. Our car had over 11,000 dollars of damage and they worked well with our insurance company, and kept us regularly updated. I choose to have them text me as I have a job where I’m on the phone a lot and they communicated well via text and kept me updated appropriately! We’re happy with their work and their professionalism."
"Gotten my first accident beginning of September and got it back the week before thanksgiving…My first repair shop as well - I was recommended by these people. To the repair guy Greg and Heather customer representative manager over there and their team, huge thanks to them! I appreciate it a lot for helping me deal with the 3rd party insurance…It was an experience! Everything now made me fall in love the car even more and might reconsider not getting rid of it.
