"My friend and I reserved a party bus from Aspen for two hours to celebrate our graduation. Our plan was to have some drinks, dance, and enjoy the time with our friends while celebrating graduation. Well that never happened. We tried to connect our phones to bus's Bluetooth for almost an hour, which never worked out. The one time after 40 minutes of trying to connect our phones it finally worked, which lasted for 4 minutes the most and then turned off again. We literally drove a party bus with no music. Not only we could not connect our phones to the system , the AC was constantly switching to heat. IT WAS SUPER HOT IN THE BUS WHICH MADE OUR FRIENDS SICK....the graduation party was ruined, and we asked the bus driver to drop us off at home. After the fact my friend and I called numerous times to request a refund. When we called all that was said is that the manager will call us back which never happened. It was the worst party bus experience ever, and i would not recommend doing any business with them."

"We reserved a stretch limo with this company last Saturday evening as a gift to our extended family. It ended up being VERY disappointing. First, they tried to change the vehicle to a passenger bus because they were overbooked. THAT was NOT our problem, and it was stressful! They ended up sending a Hummer Limo from a different company which was NOTHING like the stretch limo in the photos. There was bench seating along each side of the limo so our legs were hitting each other, the windows were very small, fogged up and darkly tinted so we couldn't see out!! There was no ice bin, The "bar" station at the front of the limo was old and there were just bunches of plastic cups piled up along the back of the seats which was tacky and nothing like the photos. The driver said he doesn't usually let people eat in his limo, so that made us feel bad because our plan was to pick up and eat dinner during the ride. He also couldn't turn the screens off so they stayed on green screen the entire ride. We booked this limo ride for our family as a gift for Christmas because of the fancy Stretch Limo photos on the website. We paid ALOT of money for this experience, and were very disappointed that our gift to our family ended up squished, substandard, and stressful."
