"Dr. Chatterjee and her entire staff were amazing, however, I was told I'd be hearing back within the week about being put on the surgery schedule. I didn't hear anything so I waited another week then called. The lady that does the scheduling was on maternity leave but the nurse said she'd look at the surgery schedule and get back to me. A week later I still hadn't heard anything so I tried to call back and was told the same thing again. I stil haven't heard anything. My initial consult was the beginning of February so it's been well over a month. I was really impressed with the initial experience but now I'm just disappointed that I seemingly fell through the cracks at a place so highly rated and recommended."

"I would give zero stars if it let me. DO NOT go to these people, I have been ignored for 2 weeks straight (both in-person and on the phone) just trying to get blood test results. After over a week, the only answer they could give me is in person is "I don't know," after I waited in an unattended lobby for 15 minutes. I couldn't even tell you about the quality of care from the doctors because the rest of the staff (reception AND NURSING) makes seeing them impossible. This isn't McDonald's. These are PATIENTS. These are PREGNANT WOMEN. I don't know how they got a single positive review, because this place shouldn't be in business. Do not trust these people with your pregnancy, because they do not care at all."

I do not have a long wait, they are always answering my concerns and worries, the front desk is just as much help and always respectful and smiling, the waiting room gives you comfortable feeling! We couldn’t ask for a better obgyn to have our services !"
