Reviews
"UALR Bowen is not an equitable place for students with a disability & they have no support available for them. There is also no guidance counselor & there has been faculty retention issues. If you are from out of state, make sure you have a private health insurance set up before moving to Arkansas. Their state healthcare infrastructure is terrible and OB/GYN care, including birth control, is not very accessible & very expensive. The school also does not offer any health insurance. Also if you come from out of state, go into the part-time program if you need to be working at the same time. I would have started in the part-time program if I had known I would not lose my scholarship, but my requests for informational meetings with the Deans kept getting ignored. There are also faculty with strong political and religious opinions about race and gender that are showcased in written articles."
"First day of classes was 08-15-2022, love it here!, now its 12-05-2022, finals r here!. Spring semester started today 01-09-2023. Got all B's last semester, so a solid 3.0, yay!"
"A great venue for the legal community. The large court room is well equipped for lectures."
"UA Little Rock Bowen School of Law is one of the BEST values for a legal education. Low tuition rates and nationally recognized professors. Bowen is a great school. I should know, I work there."
