"I have been going to Quality Coaches for years. With every repair, they tell me what they are doing, what it will cost, and why it costs that much. They do their best to save me money while still maintaining a high level of safety and quality. If there is a problem they're not equipped to handle, they refer me to another shop who can help. Their referrals are equally conscientious. This week, the hinges on my rear window went out. I called them in a bit of a panic, since they would have been closed by the time I was able to get there. They said that they would wait for me, and they did. They ordered the parts, which came the next day. The car was fixed within 24 hours."
"I bought a Jeep Trailhawk from a dealer and the sunroof leaked after first car wash. The dealer said they have a company in cities that specialize in sunroofs and that they will take it there to get fixed. This shop is a joke!!! 3 weeks of keeping my jeep and 3 sunroofs later I got the jeep back to find out the sunroof still leaks, the headliner is covered in greasy hand prints all around the sunroof opening. And boot tracks everywhere.. They clearly don’t care about the customer or know what they are doing.. On top of that they charged the dealership for the 3 sunroofs when clearly the tech didn’t have a clue about sunroofs..Who does this?? I wouldn’t trust this shop to fix my kids bike!!"
"Very disappointed, I scheduled an appointment way in advance with Quality Coaches in early summer 2022, to bring in my 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. They kept my car for several weeks and never finished the job. They were meant to upgrade the instrument panel and install the dashboard. To avoid any damages, I provided them specific instructions on how to install it. I specifically told them to remove the steering wheel and front seat when working under the dash. They called me weeks later to come pick up my car, and sure enough, the wipers button was disconnected. They also scratched up my freshly painted dash frame and left a large boot scuff mark on the inside of my door. They clearly did not follow my directions. The job appeared to have been rushed and thrown together in a hurry. After picking it up, I called twice and never received a response. I did get the opportunity to talk with the scheduler, who was rude and condescending. I have yet to hear back from them. Now this shop was recommended to me by one of their regular customers and I don't doubt that they are a good mechanic shop, but when it comes down to classic and fragile parts, this is not the place for you."
"Quality Coaches rebuilt two two barrel carburetors, repaired the wiring to the coil and rebuilt the brake cylinders on my 1940 Ford. The quality of work is exceptional and the customer service reminds me of the service I received many years ago, just incredible. Thanks Matt! It is no wonder that they are celebrating fifty years of restoring peoples dreams. Thank you Mark. Charlie"
"If only I had a garage big enough to fill with cars that Quality Coaches could restore. Mark and his team have been taking care of my MGs for the past 20 years. I wouldn’t know where else to go."
