"The customer service manager Theresa hung up on me while I was trying to secure a post card authorization. There are no refunds when you buy a 5 year pkg and I moved where there is no Auto Butler withing 400 miles. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY."
"I was forced to purchase this treatment by the Honda dealership that I purchased my HRV from. I tried to decline it but was told that all the cars they sold had the treatment by default. It takes all day for the dealership to refresh the treatment every 6 months. The interior is never cleaned. I don’t know how much of a kickback the dealership gets but it is a complete con for the customer."
"I love this program! I purchased a new 2020 Dodge Charger in my favorite color Charcoal Gray. The Auto Butler polisher makes my paint color POP! I'm always receiving compliments on my unique , and even like to park next to vehicles my color just to compare to other chargers the same color! Mine wins every time! I get this green reminder card every 6 months with a coupon from my dealership go get it re polished. Hebert's Town and Country in Shreveport has the most professional sales and service. They really make it easy!"
"My car dealership said it was “free” but had to pay 700 that was listed in my car contract when I bought the car. Pointless feature. Does nothing but make your tires look clean for a few days. They do not wash you car prior to detailing the outside. Have to pay extra if you want them to wash your car. Had to cancel due to my car getting totaled. They said they can’t cancel nor refund my money. And can’t even transfer services on another car even after having purchased the warranty for 5 years. Worthless company. Still send me remainders but yet can’t use it."
"This is my 3rd time now using auto butler as my dealership said that my new car came with this "FREE" service. However, after leaving my car at Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale, AZ for 5 hours....I get my car back with dead bugs still on my bumper, dirt all on the bottom of my car from front to back and inside the door panels and trunk door. The car looks like it was only polished on the top half of the body. (Trunk/Hood, 4 doors and roof) This service I would not recommend to anyone. Sad that services such as this have come to this."
