It's Just Wings

"I ordered through Grubhub the chicken was big legs & wings, instead of the small ones, also the chicken was half done & cold!! My husband & I was so disappointed!!!"

"So my bonus son and I ordered online and did not have the experience I was expecting. All flavors of the wings were wrong and there were only 2 orders!! It was as if they opened a box of boneless wings from Kroger and put them in a to go plate and called it good. Food was cold and flavorless. I do not recommend it at all, beyond unacceptable!!"

"Well over all waiting for the food was not an issue they got me my food quickly not any complaints there, but how can you mess up an online order! When getting home and opening my food found out everything was wrong the wings were cold the fries soggy and the cold wings where either the wrong flavor or didn't even have any flavoring! And my bonless wings had bones and my bonless with bones. For paying $50 for my order to get completely messed up and at a terrible quality. It was not worth it at all I am extremely disappointed with IJW after having amazing experiences in a another state but this just might end my business with the whole company at large."

"Fries were soggy but had ok flavor tbh. I got half Buffalo and half honey BBQ. The chicken was horrible like I mean just chewy and nasty. The Buffalo had no sauce and really didn’t taste that good. It also had no crust on it. Felt like some dollar store microwave wings. They were soggy. Honey BBQ… was pretty good. The flavor was a little too sweet for me but it had a lot of sauce and a good crust. Chicken still tasted off, but I got to say that it was the only good thing."

"Ordered for delivery, off Its just wings website. Evidently they go through Doordash. Food never arrived (was misinformed about delivery status continually). Contacted IJW and was informed to contact Doordash. Doordash said they couldn’t offer a refund and to contact the restaurant. It’s Just Wings is evidently inside(?) Chili’s. Couldn’t get anyone to answer at IJW so I called Chilis. Took me 45 minutes and a half dozen phone calls to get a refund that MIGHT hit in 3 days. All this for 8 wings, fries, and a coke that I agreed to pay $21 for. I guess I’m the dummy."
