"This is the biggest joke of a mental health facility I’ve ever come across. The CEO’s contradict themselves by saying certain things are okay on certain occasions, but not the rest of the time. There is no transparency as far as what is to be done/what is allowed/who is allowed to do so. No write-ups but you fire an employee of thirteen years with no warning? You’re gonna say said employee is mean to clients when those same exact clients voted that employee as “employee of the month”? Tell me how that works. That same employee goes out of her way all too frequently to make the program center a better place for the members, UNPAID. GOOD LUCK REPLACING THAT WORK ETHIC. False accusations will get you fired from this place; they do not perform thorough investigations for anything. This place is only going downhill from here. I would NOT recommend working here or admitting a family member here. It’s disgusting."
