""GRILL MARKS FOR GREAT PHOTOS "---Really sorry to write this review- had such high hopes as I had an out of town (country) business guest here. Really should have gone across the street to "On The Border". Although the restaurant was 80% empty, we were seated on the smallest square table for 4. Service was pathetic, and that is a compliment - the objective by the waitress (or as pushed by management) was to get us to eat fast as possible and get out, so embarrassing for me & my my guest from Italy. Barely finished the appetizer before the meal arrived (had to leave the salad back). Before the meal or drinks were finished, the check arrived. No time to order desert or after dinner drinks. Not sure if the kitchen knows what they are doing in regards to Saltgrass cooking standards (I think the kitchen is more interested to get great grill marks on the steak for presentation, than any flavor) *although unateable, beautiful grill marks on the steak. With minimal follow-up by the waitress, my guest had to offer me some food off his plate - how embarrassing!!. The Bar... meh... go across the street to get a real Margarita. Yea it's a critical review, hope this helps Saltgrass to improve before your competitors eats your lunch."

"We had a large party of 35 when we dined for dinner. They had everything reserved for us so we were able to walk right in sit down. The three servers that assisted all of us were quick and prompt with getting our drink orders. They delivered breads, drinks, and salads very quickly as well. I went with the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. Everything tasted great, and the chicken fried steak was not overcooked. There was a little too much breading in my opinion, but that was the only negative thing I could say about the experience. The servers are pretty quick to get refills, takeout containers, and bills paid accordingly."

"enjoyed our lunch. I had the brisket burger, and my wife had the patty melt. Both were very flavorful and came out quick.service was great, no complaints. It's a little pricey but enjoyable. don't forget to try the fried mushrooms"

"Second Salt grass that we have ate at. We were seated promptly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of staff helping in different areas. Our waiter was great. Food came out hot and delicious. The carrot cake was so good. Believe this is our new favorite steakhouse."
