"My appointment was pushed back twice, and when I called to follow up about the new appointment date (which was in a couple of weeks) I was told that the provider no longer was there and she was the only one who accepted my insurance so I would just have to cancel the appointment."

"Had an appointment today; I waited 3 months for it but that is to be expected when the doctor does a good and complete job. I was a first time patient so had to go early but I still got in at 1pm, my appointment time. Now I am waiting on new contacts, they couldn’t give me a price because the insurance person was gone for the day. Over all it was a great appointment and I recommend them."

"Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. We started coming last year to buy glasses because my current doctor in Clarksville does not sell them. There was an elderly gentlemen, who was the greatest of help. However, we came back today and it was the worst experience I have had in purchasing anything. The staff (Jeanie) was extremely rude and not at all willing to help. If you cannot work in retail and have good customer service, then please find another job. My mother and I did nothing but come in to purchase two pairs of glasses, and giving support to locally owned business rather than Walmart or Sam’s. She was rude to no one else in there but us and especially hateful towards my mother. Do better."

Appreciate his knowledge and how thorough he was during my examination. I recommend him as the best eye doctor around hands-down thank you again for taking the best care of my eyes"

"Never experienced such an "I don't care" attitude at a medical office before in my life. Had to redo my exam because the tech didn't record the data from the last visit. Office staff tried their best to make me feel like it was my fault and only reviewed the file when I showed them that they were charging me for what they were saying wasn't done. Was not given priority on second visit and spent almost 45 minutes waiting to be seen."
