"Although the customer service was smooth, there was a middle aged (that’s me being nice) African American female worker who was rude, tonight! She was rather disrespectful, but maybe she was just tired, wanting to get off, and had an attitude. She made a remark that she knew what she had charged me! (She was trying to be funny!) Customer-service occupations are not for you if you’re gonna have an attitude! Perhaps she had a rough day; if so, I hope the remainder of her weekend and this week go well for her!"

"Pleasant meal. The tables were lovely. Love the style. Everyone was friendly and we had a busser. Not really, but one of the customer service reps came around to pick up trash. Sweet of him"
"We put in a mobile order at 9:30pm. We arrive at the building by 10:00pm and was sold to pull forward as our fries weren’t done. We were outside until 11:00pm waiting on our food. They had give our food away and then completely forgot. Tried to come out 20mins after that and give us a random bag and when we caught her attention as she walked off she had an attitude about it. The service was terrible and it is every time. Worst Wendy’s EVER"
