"I have lived in the Jacksonville area for over 30 years. I frequently would go to Waffle House there. Tonight my wife and I ate dinner there. It was THEE worst service and food I have ever had there. Over medium eggs was over cookeda lot. Bacon was burnt. Hash browns used to have a lot of cheddar cheese mixed in. Now ONE freaking slice of processed cheese. Even the coffee was cold. Waiter never offered refills on our drinks. Table did not have sugar or napkins. Was never offered jelly for our toast. Overall, to put it nicely, stunk worse than a poll cat."

"Our waitress Natalie was polite and friendly, however, it was my entire family (husband and wife with 2 children -1 boy 1 girl) she only really spoke to my daughter and my husband. She didn't speak to my son at all. My order (wife) bacon Angus burger meal was completely incorrect when brought to our table. Kids had to wait til their waffles were almost cold before being able to eat due to the staggered delivery of syrup to the table. No butter was provided for the waffles. Once I finally got my order (still incorrect-as I had ordered double order of hasbrowns covered and peppered and received a single order to which the cheese was still cold and not at all melted) the burger was plain no toppings. She never checked on our drinks or if we needed anything else. She even brought the check before we had ANY food item on the table. My husband thinks that it was the cook who ultimately messed up and the cook was more worried about talking to the guys there who appeared to be friends not customers. I was really looking forward to this Valentines day meal and was very disappointed. I have NEVER had any issue with this location before. Please DO BETTER!"

"This location is the one of the best, for sure! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcome. Ronald, Sentry, Josh, Drew, and Sherley did everything they could to make my dining experience pleasant. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese bowl, over grits, and a side of biscuits and gravy. The restaurant was clean, and well organized. The food was amazing. Portions were generous, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely be back!"
