"Always something on every single visit. I’m not even sure how anyone filling these cups with sauce is trained to put a squirt of sauce in it but I had 4 of these all filled just like this. Sometimes the food is dried up & taste an hour old, sometimes the fries are burnt etc. it’s extremely rare to simply get a freshly cooked & accurate order at any Zaxby’s but when you do it’s actually good."

"Worse service that I have ever gotten from a Zaby's. The ladies on their cell phone & gossiping among each other. I had to wait almost 15mins. This location needs to be relocated and whom ever hire the staff should do random pop up’s and see what the staff is doing. Dinning room was nasty, spilled drinks on the tables and no one even bothered to clean it up. The young lady hooked up her friend cause she said “girl I got you” they just walked in and got a meal of 5 ppl made right in front of me and free drinks with out paying for anything and she told her “I’ll see you tonite” I can’t wait till the zaxby’s in Sherwood reopen."

"Ordered a chicken salad today and it was lacking in flavor. Had to choose a particular type of dressing I did not like because they were out of everything else. Tell soda machine inside this establishment is broken and leaking by the front door."
