Upon arrival at the restaurant, it was communicated that the order, despite being confirmed and paid for online, had not been registered by the establishment. Although proof of purchase was provided, this did not expedite the situation, leading to unnecessary delays as the order had to be cooked at that moment. The disappointment was further compounded by an oversight in the order's fulfillment. A key component, the gravy for the hash brown bowl, was omitted. This error was particularly frustrating as it was discovered only after departure from the restaurant, rendering rectification impossible without significant inconvenience. The overall experience can only be described as disappointing, notably diverging from the typically satisfactory service associated with Waffle House locations. The failure in the digital ordering process, lack of effective problem resolution, and an error in order preparation collectively marred the dining experience. "I've ate at many waffle houses. I really don't know what was wrong with this place. Possibly new hires, but it was all wrong. From start to finish. I wasn't the only one. I saw two other tables with diners who were disappointed with wrong orders and cold food. This particular waffle house definitely needs some management and maybe better training."

"Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Little Rock. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. I walked in and was greeted by every employee it seemed like and that really made the difference! We had the All Star breakfast which recently experienced a price reduction to $10 from $13 so that was cool too! Great way to wake up this morning."
