"While visiting the restaurant, it was a little wait for the food.. as We waited for the food, we looked for table to sit at and they all needed to be clean. It looks like no one has cleaned the lobby in a while. And the drink machine was out of your main drinks."

"I checked the hours on Google and they closed at 11:00 p.m. I pulled up to the speaker at 10:45pm to place my order. I was told "sorry we're closed" and I responded with well "it's not 11:00 yet is it?" They said no "we close at 10:45." None of the information anywhere online that I can see shows that they close at 10:45. Apparently the staff just close when they're ready. Makes me so angry. Since they were closed I had to go elsewhere and get something to eat maybe the best choice is just to do that from now on and leave Wendy's on Broadway in Little Rock off my list"

"I ordered 3 biggie bags through the app: double stack, jr bacon cheeseburger, & BLT chicken. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until halfway through my sandwich that the meat was undercooked! My mom had the double stack and hers was undercooked as well. Undercooking foods can cause food poisoning. It’s difficult getting through to customer care, I’ve been holding for over 16 minutes now. Their Live Chat is unavailable (it’s a little after 6pm)."

"Wendy’s in downtown Little Rock is rather busy during breakfast hours. The line is around the building out into the street. Today, I say all of this to say I was in line and was pleased with how quickly it moved. The staff had the cars moving. I could hear the lady on the speaker. My order was repeated back to me correctly. My order was correct, and my food was temperature hot."
