"I order from here twice a week. For the most part things go smooth when I order. The female taking the order gave the wrong price twice, I explained that wasn't enough the price should be higher. When I got to the window she was mad because I was trying to pay the correct price. I tried to tell her that I was trying to help her, she lipped off saying she didn't need any help that she works there and know what she is doing... I got my order, chicken was burnt to a crisp. With the RUDE WINDOW PERSON, and the horrible chicken, this might be the last time I get this overpriced garbage. I met the owners once. They will not do anything to really correct problems there. They will milk it dry and shut it down."

"I ordered the 10pc family meal today 9/14 and the chicken was very under cook. Just tasted like plastic and grease. Terrible customer service who rushed me to order after requesting a moment to go over the menu (my very first time here!). I was in the drive thru and there wasn’t even anyone else behind me… ? Sweet Tea was very bitter and anything but sweet. I will never come back and recommend any other chicken joint. Would give no Stars if I could very very veryyy disappointing and hope someone looks into better employees and or management -5/5 stars. A waste of money and ruined my night."

"I mean, what can you do? There aren't many restaurants on this side of town. The city isn't investing in this community...that being said, if you don't have somewhere you need to be This is your joint. They took forever to get the orders completed ahead of me. Their saving grace is the chicken was immaculate. Crispy, fresh-n-hot, and juicy. I asked for hot sauce, but they were out. The cashier offered me some powder packet. Warning- If you're eating in your vehicle because you're running late from waiting in line, don't accidentally inhale this stuff. Had me coughing and eyes watering It did taste good though. I could've passed on the spicy/dirty rice. I will order from them again, if I'm on that side of town."
