"OUTSTANDING!!! Every time, every visit! Walser Subaru in Burnsville has the best auto service department I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Great communication at vehicle intake all the way to getting back on the road. I especially like the real time video inspection from the technician, complete with narration. As someone who doesn't get under my cars anymore, this is a fantastic way to keep an eye on the things most drivers don't think about. And while the amenities in the lounge are awesome, the experts managing my car's maintenance are even more so. I won't take my Subaru anywhere else."

"We had a 9:45 appointment for a recall and a new key fob for my Subaru as my vehicle not from here only came with one. We were told it could take over 3 hours. The recall and key were done in less than 2 and we were on our way home. The complimentary car wash made my Subaru look like new! The service was extremely great! Nancy"

"I brought my car in to have my power steering fluid changed. Instead of doing that they charged me $100 for a multi point inspection that I hadn’t quite expected. They proceeded to tell me I needed $4000 dollars worth of repairs and never actually did what I asked them to do in the first place. They did top off the power steering fluid. The fluid level remains unchanged after a couple weeks of driving. I’m aware that there is a little seepage from reservoir seam and possibly a hose but certainly not enough to warrant $4000 on a car with 236000 miles. I would have preferred just having done what I asked to be done."

"My first visit to Walser Subaru Burnsville for service went well. The service advisor JP was great. He was very thorough going through what was planned for my appointment and going through the results afterward. One part of their process worth noting is the tech videos the inspection. Not that a video eliminates all potential for tomfoolery by a vehicle service establishment but the increased level of transparency is appreciated nonetheless. This appointment was for my vehicle's first oil change, so I will update my review as I get more data points and the service level gets more complex, but my initial impression is positive. It also doesn't hurt that they are stocked with granola bars in the waiting area (Subaru owner joke); well played Walser."
