"There is a reason this company has such a low rating. Driving as a passenger in one of their vehicles must be horrible as being a witness to their driving is horrendous to watch. When I see an ihail driving in Minneapolis, I usually have to be a very defensive driver as they commit way too many driving/traffic violations. Today, #259 not only cut my car off but they then proceeded to brake check us. Then we put on our signal to merge and get around this driver and he last second, swerved in our lane and put a signal on as he was turning into a Speedway for gas. Funny enough, not the first time I remember this driver as I have reported the same number before I believe (or it was #239, I can’t remember but very close to today’s horrible ihail driver). If you drive a car, be careful of ihail drivers and if you want to be a passenger in this dangerous vehicle, then be my guest!"

"Reserved an early morning pick up for the airport over two weeks in advance, received a confirmation email and everything. Morning of our flight, the person was 15 mins late, we called them and said they were looking for a driver. The person showed up almost an hour late. When we commented that I call would’ve been nice, the guys threw our luggage in the back and in the most disrespectful way told us that HE was doing US a favor. Do yourself a favor and order an Uber or a Lyft."
