"Food is always fresh. I have not had a bad experience yet."
"Pleasant visit. Had a good walk the a cold frappe to go. Very clean and friendly."
"We tried to use the app, and it indicated that they were out of everything we wanted. We ordered there, and they had all but the apple pies. It took almost 30 minutes to get our order. We were given multiple stories as to why it took so long."
"Well, growing up I was used to customer service with a genuine smile and encouraging words; such as Have a nice day or come again etc... Today, the food has improved some but needs to be freshly cooked and bring back the salads with a caring spirit and genuine smile. We need more to understand that customer service is caring about the customers needs. This makes you want to come back and have family gatherings at McDonald's etc... Also, the managers need a lot of training because they treat their employees awful and embarrass them in front of customers. This is not professional and needs to be addressed. Have someone to go into all of the different McDonald's (all shifts) then you will see where you need to make changes. I'm praying the McDonald's team will learn to work together and not pick, discriminate, bully, gossip or cause confusion among one another. McDonald's is a place of business and that's all they need to be talking about is how to help one another and make McDonald's a better place. Policy and procedures need to be talked about daily as well as encouraging the staff. How I know this because years ago I used to be a McDonald's employee that went beyond to take care of my customers. I was also, being trained within the first three months I was there to be a manager. Until, I got another job offer I couldn't resist to help take care of my family as a new divorce parent. I know the work can be done and each and every employee can do it if they work together with a purpose to improve themselves daily... God bless"
"Part 3 Review: Can't get an order right. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese combo. They gave me a regular quarter pounder. The toppings were pathetic. I would love to see a #BurgerKing take this space. Part 2 Review: I guess I spoke too soon previously. I should have known. We ordered our usual quarter pound cheese burger deluxe and it was ABSOLUTELY horrible! There were VERY few toppings, and the few toppings that were on there were literally splattered on there with absolutely no effort to even try to get it on even with adequate coverage. Too, the pickles had no center. Look at the pics I'm adding. This was horrible. There were NO redeeming qualities to this experience! Original Review: I have a love hate relationship with this place. For a long time, they couldn't get a simple order right and the food wasn't hot or put together well at all. However, I must say they have redeemed themselves in my eyes, at least for now, with their quarter pound cheese deluxe. Im telling you, this is a good sandwich and they do a good job with it. There is a lot of toppings and sauces, and the fries have been hot and fresh. The cokes could be better as they always seem watered down or flat, maybe both. But overall, good job bouncing back guys! Keep up"
