"I have been seeing Dr. Frisbie since I was an infant and been going to Sophia Meyer for over 23 years. My entire life and medical experience has been here. I simply called to make a follow up in order to get my medication refilled as I do every six months. I was then told I was an “inactive patient” I was sure this was some kind of mix up and was then directed to Karen the office manager where she so NICELY told me I was “fired” as a patient due to multiple no call no shows. She also recommended I go to a walk in clinic in order to get my medications since I was no longer able to ever be seen again. I will have intense withdrawals from my anxiety medication (effexor 150mg for 8 years).I had asked if they would please provide me the dates I supposedly no called/no show because as stated I only go every 6 months for a checkup in order to receive my medication refills. They were apparently unable to provide this information and said I had received letters to a mailing address that was not correct. So I am no longer able to receive any medical care from my PCP OF OVER 24 years. I was not able to get any information on when this kind of policy came into effect and know for a fact any appointment I had ever missed (maybe twice)I ended up Paying a $50 fee for. Just FYI never received any calls or emails about this. This is negligent when a patient is no longer able to get their medication refilled due to a situation they were completely unaware of. Also 99% of the time my appointments we’re never at the scheduled time but 30/40 minutes past but that is okay right?"

"I went through so much before we even had our first initial apt with her. They called me the day before and told me my daughter's apt was at 11 and I got there at 1020! She said it was really at 10 so she won't see her ever again for being late when really I thought I was early! So I asked for a Dr note for school and she couldn't even do that! I wouldn't send anyone's kids there if they are this evil!"

"My first visit was today and I saw nurse practitioner Allison. I just moved here from a big city and was nervous about a new doctor but I've always had great experiences with nurse practitioners. This was one of the best doctors visits I have had! The waiting room was not crowded and very clean and the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I was seen only a few minutes after my appointment time and was in and out within 30 minutes for yearly exam and blood work. Allison, the nurse assistant and lab techs were all excellent and friendly. I'm glad I found a place that I will not be nervous to go back to!"
