"I have been a patient of Sophia Meyer Family Medicine for almost five years! I had my annual wellness appointment with Allison Linn, PA-C. She is always friendly and professional. When I decided to undergo genetic testing to identify potential hereditary cancer risk, she was supportive and helped to assist me in the process. When I tested positive for the BRCA1 mutation, she was very proactive about connecting me with subject matter experts in Northwest Arkansas. She has been a great support to me throughout the last two years. Yesterday she asked how things were going with my other doctors on my care team, and asked how my Mom’s health was. I thought that was intentional and kind. I highly recommend Sophia Meyer Family Medicine, especially if you are looking for a local, primary care physician. "Love Dr Frisbee and love Blake, but the entire process of trying to get refills every month is a NIGHTMARE. You can't call in refills before the day they're due, and then they won't approve it for at least two days. When you have your pharmacy send a refill in, they will always say "they didn't get it". Then you spend days trying to get someone to send it. They refuse. The clinic always reverts to "your pharmacy faxed it, and we don't accept that". Our pharmacy "e-sends" it. Whomever is in charge of prescriptions just doesn't want to do their job. I've been complaining about this for a year now, with no resolution, so now I am leaving this review, and will be looking for a new primary care physician. I've tired of wasting hours a month, dealing with this issue."

"I went here several years ago when Dr. Floyd was still here and had an awful experience. My mom recommended I go here because she sees Dr. Frisbee. Dr. Floyd acted like she didn't believe any of my symptoms and brushed me off. I went to a different doctor and finally received the tests and care I deserve. Fast forward to the present - Dr. Frisbee has been pawning my mom off on the nurse practitioners and not even seeing my mom, even though she is my mom's primary care provider. She has taken her off of certain medications abruptly and I have never seen my mom in such pain or so depressed. She calls and calls, but nobody will return her phone calls. The physicians and nurses, as well as the front desk, are so selfish and have no time for anyone but themselves. 0/0 stars, DO NOT RECOMMEND"
