"I haven't used the app lately because it kept paying for other people's orders. But I used it for this visit and the guy on the speaker was nice and upbeat. When I pulled ari to the 1st window he was hanging out waving, like a race was on, with a smile and enjoying himself, for me to drive on to the next window. More employees should enjoy their job like he was."

"i go to this mcdonald’s all the time in the mornings before school and have had pleasant experiences. however, this morning was one for the books. after ordering a egg and cheese mcgriddle with no meat, the employee taking my order asks me if i like meat. i explain that i am a vegetarian. he follows up with some questions like “so you don’t eat meat like at all,” “when’s the last time you ate meat,” but then to top it off he asks me “so you don’t eat your boyfriends meat?” i really wish i was joking. i feel extremely uncomfortable returning after this experience. bad service is one thing, asking customers in the drive thru about their sexual experiences whether joking or not is completely unacceptable."

"Wasn't greeted. Had to order on the machine in the lobby. The staff stood around and joked with each other and 8 to 10 min later I was told what I order wasn't available. If I was able to order with a person in the first place I wouldn't have to wait to get my money back for a canceled order."

"Holding the drive through line back past 10.30am so they don't have to cook/serve anymore breakfast. Not only have I been sat 10 minutes not to get the food I ordered but also no refund on the app! I won't be back to this location. Can speak for the for as I didn't get any!"
