"I had a bad experience the first time I went but decided to try again. This time, the customer service was better. Portion sizes are out of this world. The food was great."
"Home run! We've been looking for good soul food and we finally found it. Lots of great entrees and sides to choose from, which made it hard to order. It's set up cafeteria style. I got the brisket steak, which was smoked, and it was so tender. The cabbage was good, (even though I prefer mine a day old) and the brocolii rice casserole was cheesy perfection with chunks of brocolli. Hubs got the smother pork chop and liked it so much he went back and got another one. We also got a slice of pecan pie. SO many desserts to choose from! Everyone was friendly and you could tell who the regulars were from the banter. It's the perfect spot for good comfort food. Can't wait to go back!"
"There's nothing like down-home cooking except Kitchen Express. If you're craving soul food, then swing by Asher St. in Little Rock to dine in or take out. I took peach cobbler home because I was full as a tick. I really enjoyed the feast, and I look towards another visit soon."
