Taqueria Samantha 2

"Ordered by phone as usual. Tacos were ready on arrival. Carnitas tasted unseasoned and was dry, but the chorizo and chicken were good. Informed the restaurant of the off taste of the carnitas and asked for replacement or refund for 2 of the 3. Window server called owner to remedy the situation. She didn't. They said they gave me what I ordered. She tasted the carnitas and said they tasted fine and that nothing was wrong with the meat... anyway... They could have replaced the tacos but chose not to. Simple solution and customer service option. I haved enjoyed the food in the past, but maybe it was Samantha's 1, not Samantha's 2. Guess it's better than nothing when you want tacos at 9p but maybe the day shift is easier. Go further down Geyer Springs for better option, if open."

"The customer service was terrible! For starters, My mother and I don’t eat beef PERIOD. So she order us CHICKEN taco, however, when she received our food the man taking order’s accidentally put in steak tacos. A simple mistake that could have easily been fixed became a big issue when he refused to remake our food the correct way. After my mother explained we wouldn’t be accepting the steak tacos, he finally and reluctantly remade our two chicken taco. As I’m eating one of the taco, I notice that there is a used band-aid wrapper with chewed gum in it IN MY FOOD! We immediately knew who did it! I then brought the food back to the truck to show them- and of course the owner and the cashier denied having knowledge of the bandaid and gum."

"The food is amazing. Their birrias are the best. Prices had gone up quite a bit since my last visit but flavor still amazing"
