"I started eating Chinese food at this location back in 1988 when a coworker recommended it not sure if the same family has owned it all these years or not but the food and service have always been great, I stopped eating here in 2020 when I came real close to dying from food poisoning, I left work early the next day with a 104° fever, diarrhea, stomach cramps and nausea, I then spent the next 4 days in bed trying to keep my fever down in an intense sweat. The Health Department said they would make another visit but never did as their reports are available online and the previous reports for this restaurant were shocking by the way, employees placing their jackets on the rice, thawing meat in the hand washing sink, etc. I doubt I'll ever return after that. Check restaurant reports with the Health Department online before you choose a restaurant and be careful out there because the last time all the food tasted great too, you just never know. Also like others have mentioned they offer all you can eat but try to over charge you and the atmosphere has never been very good particularly with people screaming Chinese back and forth, but they have always had the best Chinese food in Litte Rock. It's just a shame."

"I stumbled on to Cuisine of China completely by accident, and a happy accident it was. The food is fresh and tasty. The portions are generous. The prices are friendly. The folks that run the place are so friendly. I generally order to go off the menu, but they have a big buffet for either dine-in or to go."

"We came to this town for a college basketball game, wanted Chinese food, stopped here. It's an older looking small building. It doesn't look like it is kept up well. Friendly and helpful staff. I don't like giving bad reviews, but we will not be back. The food wasn't what we expected and the bathroom/hallway smells like sewer."

"I dined here 2 years ago and decided to give them another go. Overall it's just passable Chinese grub. The broccoli beef was a bit salty but the other dishes were ok. It's not a big buffet so there's not a lot of different dishes but for me it was enough. Probably 5th place for LR Chinese buffets."
