"Scheduled my COVID test for travel here. The test took an hour to prepare with cars piling up behind me. I asked if I could pull while they prepared my test but they said everyone in line was waiting for a COVID test. I got a text message a day later that they could not process my results because it was missing a unique identifier. I called to see what that meant and they just said I would need to test again. This was time sensitive as I was trying to leave the country."
