"I placed a mobile order ahead of time. Pulled into a stall signed in and waited 20 mins for my order. When it came it was missing sauce. Asked for sauce wait another 5 minutes, couldn’t wait any more and had to leave because it was my 30 min lunch break. This was after calling in twice to get my order. This is a terrible location because when I pulled up there were only 3 vehicles in the parking lot and nobody in the drive thru. In the amount of time that I sat there and waited two cars on both sides of me, pulled up, ordered at the stall and left before I got my mozzarella sticks with ‘no sauce by the way’. My order was 3 small mozzarella sticks by the way. Save your lunch money for somewhere else people."

"Only brought out half my order the first time. I ordered off the app, two combo was right, and 2 others were wrong. I had asked for no cheese, got cheese, even checked and told them it's wrong, and they didn't correct. Then, I ordered a crisp chicken sandwich and got a slidder. I asked for condiments and received none. I ordered a cherry limeade, just cherry and lime flavor. What happened yo the cherry and limes?I received a coupon for a free drink. I just want my food correct. I won't be back."
