"I got a remote starter installed in my car earlier this week and am very pleased with the service and quality of my remote starter!! Upon entering the shop, the owner greeted me and explained the whole process of what would be happening throughout my appointment. He told me to expect 3 - 4 hours for my appointment, but was impressed to find that he finished my installation in under an hour. He was very patient ad respectful throughout my appointment. For anyone looking for a remote starter for your car, I highly recommend this shop! They will answer any questions you have and will address any concerns you may have. I am very happy with my purchase!!"

"Matt was great! I took my car in to have him look at an issue with my front speakers. He did an excellent job of communicating through the entire process and his charges were very reasonable. He was able to fix everything in an hour and was also able to resolve an annoying rattle noise that had been bothering me for months. "I hired Matt to install a remote system I had purchased from another vendor. After reading some of the reviews on here, it seemed only fair to relate my experience. Matt was a first class professional installer from the first phone call to the time I left after installation. He treated me and my truck with nothing but respect. The job was done promptly and within the scheduled appointment. He also spent extra time needed to walk me though explaining the system (remember, I bought this system from a different vendor). Pricing was very reasonable and he sent me an emailed receipt instantly. For anyone reading this review, my experience with Matt was very much positive and I would expect yours to be as well. This is coming from a guy that has reasonably high expectations and who has no personal or business relationship with 12 Volt Heaven other than being first time customer last week. If I need any more remote start installs or 12v related work done, I will be calling Matt."
