"Save yourself a headache and please do NOT get service work done here. Reached out due to a recall notification I got in the mail, and got an appointment scheduled. I had to take time out of my work schedule which is fine, but when I arrived they said they didn’t have the parts yet and couldn’t get any work done. Miscommunication between the person scheduling appointments and the service department. Said they would call me when the parts arrived. Weeks later, haven’t heard anything so followed up. Again, said they would check and see if the parts came in. Weeks passed again, still nothing. It’s a simple recall fix, and yet they haven’t even completed the work. I am not following up anymore and taking this business and my future service needs somewhere else that actually wants to help their customers."
