"Fried chicken was served fresh and hot...I even got an extra piece. Service was pretty fast. The waitress was very nice and helpful. I'd definitely return to try something else."

"Mostly I just carry out, but the fried fish is off the chain. Also don't bother with the drive through. When they get busy they intentionally do not service the drive through window. It was my 3 or 4th trip before I understood, and they, in fact, have a sign that states that as policy. You're going to pay $25 to feed 2 adults, but honestly, where wouldn't you?"

"I love the Sam's restaurants and the flavoring on their food.. unfortunately many times they are in decommissioned Captain D's restaurants or such and they could certainly just use some freshening up the food was good and I'm assuming it's a pretty clean and sanitary cooking environment but the tables doors chairs walls would make you wonder.. very good food love the flavor"

"Ordered take out so expected our food to be fresh. The fried green tomatoes, fried mushrooms and Philly chicken sandwich with fries were hot. Everything else was cold or barely room temperature. Very disappointing since I visited the location in Texarkana and received my food piping hot from the grease. Almost too hot to eat, but I didn't mind waiting for it to cool off. Considering we had a fairly large order I'm really surprised they didn't think enough to prepare everything fresh. The taste of the fish and the shrimp was not as good as the Texarkana location. I wanted to give this location a chance since it's closer to where my family lives, but I will not be back. Also not sure why we received 6 containers of tarter sauce for 3 pieces of fish."

"I have eaten here for years but I just stopped. No particular reason I just did. I decided to go back today and nothing has changed. The fish is so damn good and the chicken wings are fried really good and seasoned. The cole slaw is still not good but that's it. Because the okra and fried were delicious! The service is always good. So if you're in the area don't hesitate to eat here you will like I promise. I always get the fried fish and whole fried wings. With okra and fries. Which I have in the pics."
