KFC

"Everyone here needs to be retrained In total, it took 1 hour 30 minutes to get 8 pieces of chicken + 8 pieces of tenders meal. They also made it so that I could not cancel the order on the app because they lied on the app and said the "food was ready for pick up". I arrive. Nothing is prepared. And then they say, check back in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I check in (I give 10 extra minutes), and they said I canceled my order which is an absolute lie. And then I said, I didn't cancel my order. So they checked and indeed, my order is still pending. They say wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for the order..... THEN I said, ok just cancel my order. They give me an absolute dumbfounded look and say they can't cancel my order and that I have to cancel it. There's no cancel feature on the app. I ask them, I'm confused, can they explain why my order says it's ready for pick up, but there's no chicken for 1 hour 30 min and you won't cancel my order.....NOTHING. just blank stares. Now I'm waiting in the restuarant doing work....currently at 1 hour 15 minutes of waiting. Everyone here needs to be fired. Edit: I'm still here waiting. Its been over 1 hour now. They won't cancel my order. They still doing nothing and joking around and laughing in the back. wth is going on?! This very nice old lady with a cane was also here....and she's also been waiting for over 50 minutes and they also changed her status to "ready for pickup" and refuses to give a refund. Edit again: They're lying to every new customer coming in through the door now. They tell everyone "chicken ready in 15 minutes" after 15 min, then another 15 min, they say the same lie, and then another 15 min they again say the same lie over and over again as customers are all stuck waiting. Just STOP LYING and taking our money without offering a refund ."

"This was a nice place. They have the worst service, ALMOST AS BAD as the stores in North Little Rock. They have their music turned up in the kitchen so loud that they can't understand your order at the counter. Their attitudes are awful, like they want to fight each customer for coming in. Not to mention, fighting with each other in front of customers. The food tasted like raw flower without seasoning. I just don't get it. Does the owner of this store not visit? He has to be feeling this in his pocket."

"I have stopped by the last couple nights. Terrible service. Tonight out of legs . Started out waiting outside. Finally went inside they were all partying in the back. No chicken cooking They were blasting gangsta music. The short manager, Finally came to the front. He stated very rudely " If you don't like it than you can leave." I hope someone respond. Night crew don't reflect a KFC.... Loud curse music playing."

"Stopped by to get my son some mac n cheese and was greeted when i order. As I drove up to the pick up window, I was again greeted by a smiling woman. Quick and friendly service with hot fresh made food."

"As out of town visitors, we knew nothing about the location or neighborhood of this KFC. But we needed a bite to eat, had KFC coupons with us, and normally enjoy their fried chicken. We should have been tipped off when we noticed shopping carts near the entrance that were full of items obviously belonging to a homeless person. That elderly homeless woman was in the restaurant going from table to table with a napkin as though she were cleaning the restaurant. That's more cleaning than we saw any of the actual staff doing. The young man at the counter did not acknowledge us, just waited for us to start speaking, and then barely mumbled replies to any of our requests or questions. He stared at us blankly after we placed our order, then turned and walked away. We ordered our food to eat there, but he packed it all up "to go". We should have followed that suggestion. The restaurant was quite unclean, with a greasy floor, and staff that were not at all trained to interact with customers. We ate there in the restaurant, and kept going back to the counter to ask the non-speaking employee if they had any kind of paper plates we might eat off of? Or plastic silverware? Or perhaps a tray of any kind? He only mumbled responses, and offered nothing. We ended up using the plastic lids from our sides to eat off of, while the employee peeked around the corner to watch us at times. We ordered extra chicken and biscuits to leave with the homeless woman, who was doing as much work as anyone else in the restaurant."
