"The food portion policy is not correct. It is unacceptable because I ordered (01/03/2024) two bowls, and in one bowl, they gave me one spoonful of chicken. On another bowl, they gave me less than half of a spoonful of chicken. When I asked them to put more, they told me we charge you extra."

"UPDATED: Service has definitely improved - there's an alarm you can hear every time you pull up to the window, and several times my order has been ready even if I'm early. Thank you Chipotle! ---------- The food is great but this is the SLOWEST location I’ve ever been to. Highly suggest not ordering through the app for the drive-thru lane; it’s like the employees neglect it and don’t even look at you when you pull up to the window and are in clear view right beside them. Counter service was fairly slow in my experience too."

"I did a pickup order for a bowl and it exceeded all my expectations in every way. Okay so let’s set the scene: I am opening my bag and lifting the bowl out. That thing was HEAVY and I knew at that moment this was gonna be good. I had to lift that thing out of the bag with 2 hands and then I open it and it was filled TO THE TOP with the ingredients almost falling off the sides. I had to take a picture, this was so out of this world I didn’t even leave my car before tearing into this bowl, that’s how much it blew me away. Whoever made this bowl- THANK YOU, PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE. This was not just food- this was ART!!"
