"My husband and I were desperately in need of a vehicle. I have purchased vehicles here before and this used to be my place to go until we purchased a 2017 HYU in November 2023. The agent gave us bad advise on getting the vehicle insured. Robert told us to have my policy holder add me as a driver (Mind you the vehicle is under my name and someone else is the policy holder). We did that and we were able to get the policy. 3 weeks later, the vehicle gets stolen and the insurance refused to cover the vehicle because of I am not the main policy holder. The day we purchased the vehicle, Robert told us that it won’t be an issue. It became a big issue. Now we have a car that we only used for 3 weeks and it is damaged and undriveable with no one taking responsibility. My regret is confiding on Morries and trusting that I would “buy Happy” as their slogan says. Robert also told us that getting insurance coverage for the vehicle would be very affordable, which turned out to be a complete lie. No one wants to insure the vehicle and it is just sitting on our lot. Don’t waste your time here. They are so greedy and they don’t care if you spend your life savings on a car that won’t be a good buy. We attempted to call Roberto and left various emails, no call back. i am extremely disappointed. It truly feels like we got scammed because I trusted an agents advise. I should have known better. I am only 23."
"Made an appointment for service on my day off. I drop the car off and they said they will let me know. I sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls just to get an idea of how long. After them having the car at 1230 until the next day, they said it would not get into the bay today so now 2 days it would be before they could even look at it! Why make an appointment? Why even set the appointment if you know that you could not for fill the service? I get it could take time but never told me it would be 3 days without a car just for you to get it on the rack. Very sad service and seemed like not one of the service people cared, they just blew it off as business as usually. The even sadder part is that I bought the car from this same place years ago and it was great so I figured I would give them the service business or if it was not worht fixing I would buy another one. not happening ever again!"
"This is my first Ford and I have to say that both my experience with Ford and Morrie's has been stellar. Nate drove the Bronco to my house to make sure it fit into my garage. When we found that it would fit, I was sold. TJ in Finance could not be more helpful. I would suggest a PS5 in the waiting room so that the waiting time goes by quicker. The 25 year old in me is loving the Bronco Sport! The 56 year old will have to wait for a Buick."
"Morries West End Lemon also known as Lincoln, sold my wife and I a complete lemon. One hour into our purchase we noticed the transmission was shaking the whole vehicle. Suspension was bumpy noisey air ride compressor brake’s squealing dog hair everywhere dirty interior non working key fob headlight out. Then the sales manager was completely rude about the whole situation. Honestly made us feel like we bought from Danny Divito in the kid movie Matilda. This dealership gives you the impression that they are a reputable safe dealership to buy from, our experience has proven the assumption to be completely false. Update: just received a phone call from an executive @ morries sounds like they are going to rectify and make the situation a better outcome for us."
"I had a run in with a deer and needed to replace my vehicle. I found one I liked and Paul H. at the Minnetonka Ford store got in touch with me. He sent me personalized videos of the one I had inquired about and a couple similar ones as well for comparison. He was so lovely to work with and made the whole process easy and seamless. He followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with my new purchase."
