"Especially rough experience tonight! This theater’s differentiator is that you can order real food and drinks and have them delivered to your seat. But they are terrible at this. And staffed barely enough people to squeak by on a Friday night. It’s always a little weird when you enter because there is this host stand right in front (which I don’t think actually does anything), and then two folding/temporary looking tables on the right. One is where you get tickets and the other is where you order food. It all looks like borrowed furniture that doesn’t quite work for what they need. We go to the bar however, because we want to order drinks. There is a line of eight people, and then a handful of people sitting at the bar. And only one, poor, beleaguered bar tender. It is Friday at 7:30… prime time for a movie, and this poor girl working alone. It takes twenty minutes to get a drink, and apparently you can’t order food at the bar. Weird. We go out to the food ordering table and no one is there. The ticket table and host stand cannot help us (despite having people sitting at both station, doing nothing) so we just wait with a handful of other people. The ordering kiosks do not list our show time so we’re at the mercy of the one (missing) person working food ordering during dinner time on a Friday night. Why not have two bar tenders? Two folks helping with food orders? Good question! Once everything is ordered we go to our screen and of course the marquee has a different movie listed. A little confusing but whatever. We go inside and previews are well underway…. But the screen is blank. Only audio is being piped in. Eventually the screen comes on and everything is okay. Our food comes on time, with a server speaking in full voice and standing in front of the movie delivering it. Thirty minutes later a server comes in and shouts out, asking if everyone has gotten their food. Oh boy. The folks by us hadn’t, so she stomps up to them and, speaking in full voice, asks for their order again. She delivers their food near the end of the movie, of course speaking as loud as humanly possible. No details have been thought through, the experience is terrible and expensive. They should visit an Alamo Drafthouse (amazing theater that serves good food, well) and take notes."
"Plenty of parking. Well lit parking lot. Friendly staff. Lobby clean and in good repair. Very nice bar area with lots of varied seating types. Good selection of food and alcohol. Screen 8 clean. Seating well laid out and cozy. The reclining chair was amazing and had built in adjustable table for snacks/drink. Excellent experience all around. 10/10 would go again!"
"Great time! Saw a double feature with my wife. Had the beyond nuggets (I'm vegetarian) and fries with hot honey sauce (for the nugs). Everything was amazing. The guy that served us was friendly. The seats are the most comfortable theater seats we've ever sat on. Felt like we were watching a movie in the comfort of our home. Our new favorite theater."
"The theater itself is very clean and professional. I didn't try the food that night. The sound quality of the movie was fine. The picture itself had a yellow tinge to everything. Sand the contrast seemed to be off. It was very distracting. I was in theater number 3. I'm not sure if it's a problem with that screen or ask of ten them. The seats were nice, I'm sure if I had ordered food the treats would have been useful."
"The building was nice. The screen was nice. The sound was good. The chairs and tables were worn down; buttons removed so you can't call a server to your seat for food or drinks. The app was ridiculously uncompatible for ordering food in that we could not add extra drinks. It expected you to order separately for each seat rather than ordering our food together and only paying once. And, we had to keep re-entering the card number in the dark. The Food was ok. Servers brought food that needed plastic-ware but did not bring it. So, my husband has to get up and miss part of the movie bc of that and it was irritating. Too, my burger didn't have one drop of sauce and they only sent out 2 packets of ketchup. This is VERY irritating. We will probably go to another theater in hopes that common sense is more common."
