"Ordered a caramel macchiato, screen said caramel mocha. Tried to clarify at the payment window that they were supposed to be macchiato but the lady said "yeah yeah yeah" before we could."
"On And off service of being properly staffed. Today nobody was able to work front counter till later in day. Another visit nobody available at window drive thru. Dunkn donut is more expensive but is more reliable in getting fast effective service. Lobby times of open didn’t deviate considerably since they seemingly address their issues"

"They're always friendly and prompt. Really clean lot that is well landscaped. There's on lady that works the drive thru that's always so friendly!!!"
"Most of the time it's constant interruptions while trying to place an order. Not all, but most of the staff act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order. I know this is McDonald's but, basic customer service is almost non existent. The location on Markham is much better."
