"Rude. Is the nicest way to explain it. They apparently only do 1 order per car now and do not accept cash as well. The peach working the window was incredibly impatient and rude, boarding on disrespectful. Will not be back."

"Used to be my fave Wendy’s in the area. They’ve steadily declined in the last few months. This salad is it for me! I called to ask where my cheese was, and they said, “they all have cheese unless it’s the one that doesn’t have cheese”…. What?… Then the bacon. They said they no longer crumble the bacon because they use the same bacon they put on sandwiches. They said there’s no way for them to crumble it and just make it the way they’re told. Well alrighty then… thanks for the info so I no longer have to come back for sorry food and service. The chicken was hard as a rock, so I know it had to be from this morning or yesterday… If I wanted a toddler to make my salad, I would’ve asked mine. She could’ve done a better job."

"Do NOT go to this Wendy’s location! I took my 2 daughters this past Friday February 2nd, at 4:30 to the drive thru. We were the 3rd car in line for over 20 minutes and could hear the employees SCREAMING AT EACH OTHER. They were obviously all fighting and did not care that the customers could hear (they had the drive thru window open too). My daughters were scared but I refused to leave. By the time we got our lukewarm food, there were at least 10 cars in line. How rude and unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN"

"Can't rate the food, gave up on trying to get order in. Here is why we were standing in front of counter not busy at all. Decide after traveling for several hours I would use restroom wash hands then order...they only have family only restrooms 2 family only. They are lockable. However the person already in the restroom had decided not to lock door behind them. So since I have used urinals since I could reach them about 60 years now. I thought maybe the other family restroom has one of those. Not sure because clearly a young person with a skirt was going in there. When back to family restroom 1, went into one of the 2 stalls. Absolutely the most disgusting restroom I have every seen toilet paper stuck to walls urine all over toilet and walls. Went and got spouse and left. No one said a word to her while she stood in front of counter. They did appear to be quite busy what they were busy doing I really couldn't say for certain..just guessing I think they were busy ignoring us. Thank goodness I don't need Wendy's to survive Needless to say this Wendy's is off the list of places to grab a quick bite."

"I am so disappointed. I went to this Wendy's on Saturday after finishing Christmas shopping. It was about 5pm in the afternoon. This young lady at the drive through window was so unpleasant. She passed me my food & never greeted me. I asked for my receipt that was a problem for her & asking for ketchup was a bigger problem. Rolling her eyes and the attitude is unacceptable. I wish I remembered her name. I will never go back to this Wendy's. She needs a listen in customer service. If you don't like people please stay away from working with the public. The staff on Baseline are all amazing!"
