"The work was excellent. The amount of time it took seemed unreasonable. I did not realize that they are independent contractors using the space, so if someone is sick, nobody fills in. Also, I don't think knowledge is shared, so it took my contractor a day and a half to figure out how to power down my vehicle, even though other people at the shop had done it. Make sure you get a satisfactory estimate of how much time it will take. The manager did help us with our rental after a week and a half. We do appreciate that."
