"I see a lot of 1 star reviews. Not a surprise, welcome to little rock where the labor pool would rather watch the clock and smoke pot rather than actually do a good job. Learning how to give excellent service in a restaurant is actually dress rehearsal for bigger things in life. If one can't even perform at a burger joint, then it's a no brainier they won't go far. When they wake up at 40 and realize they are a failure, they will inevitably blame it on everything and everyone but themselves."
