"If there was ever an option for zero start this would be where I would use it! They absolutely don't deserve to have a single one! Staff are extremely rude and the service and level of care at this facility is the worst I've had. They didn't explain the procedure that they were doing to me before starting and then got mad and frustrated with me when my muscles would jerk around due to the shocks I was receiving. When she got frustrated with me bc I couldn't hold my leg still during the shocks she would turn up the voltage and continue to shock me and she physically got rough with me. To the point that I was crying from the pain. The tech that was doing the nerve conduction study didn't tell me how the procedure was done or even tell me before she started at all. They wouldn't answer any of my questions at all prior to the testing or even after testing. My appointment was at 9:00 I was told to get there by 8:45 so I did. I checked in with the lady at the front and had enough time to sit in a chair by the window and the tech called me back I was out the door by 9:00 am. From the time they called me to the back for the test and the time I walked out the door it was maybe, at the most, 7 minutes long that I was in the back room. All of those 7 minutes were also me having to take off my shoes and pants and put shorts on as well. I had testing done on my legs and I don't even believe that they followed thru with the requirements of the testing. After leaving in a lot of pain from the electro shocking that the tech did, I researched the test and they should have done the electro shock testing with me in multiple positions, sitting up, laying down, ect. They did not. The Dr that came in to stick a needle in my leg used the same needle for both legs and the same needle for multiple sticks in different locations without cleaning the needle off or getting a new one and each stick with the needle she made bleed. Granted it was only two spots on each leg but pretty sure there should have been more or at least spaced them out, changed needles, different positions, ECT. It was horrible! Once the "testing" was over and I made it home I received a notification saying I had new test results, and of course, the Dr would say that the test was normal but that I had a problem remaining still and that she suspected that it was technical in nature. The testing wasn't even done properly so there is no way she would ever even be able to know that. Also, after they shocked my legs to the point that I was crying, the Dr came in and when she poked the needle into my leg I expressed that I couldn't feel the needle and she told me that it was normal and walked out. I'm pretty sure that the technician or nurse isn't even supposed to be the one who does the shocking, I'm pretty sure it should have been the Dr but it wasn't. You can really tell that they hate their jobs and that they don't want to be there at all. There was one lady at the front desk closest to the window that seemed like she may have been having a good day, but as a team, they should not be working in the care industry. I would not, absolutely would not recommend anyone going to this office for anything! The worst! I will be filing a complaint as well with the board of directors as well. Nobody should ever have to experience what I had to experience. Don't make them mad if you do have to go, they enjoy cranking up that voltage on you if you're not doing what they want and how fast they want you to do it. If you have no choice but to go to this facility, I suggest that you should proceed with extreme caution!"
"If I could personally put 0 starts I would. This doctor was the most rude, condescending, narcissistic person I have ever talk too. Almost made me cry during the appointment. All he did was diagnose me with something I didn’t even have, then continue to talk to my husband about his new car that he just bought. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. I don’t understand how he can still have a job and continue to see patients. I am talking about Dr. Timothy Booker."
"Been trying to get in for almost a year, keep getting rescheduled. God forbid if you're running late that morning too - even if you call, they don't care and will make you wait until their next opening (i was a total of 14 minutes late - 4 minutes after the 10 minute grace period). I was offered another appointment in 3 months."
"I took my mother that is 90 years of age 2 dr. Timothy Booker today, a neurologist. Was an extremely pleasant experience for my mom and myself. He was patient and understanding and listen to my mom more than probably he should have. I would recommend him 2 anyone that needs a neurologist. Great bedside manner. Great listener. Very knowledgeable. Thank you"
"Dr leaves and they leave you high and dry. Current Dr there will NOT see you except as a NEW patient and it will take 9 months to see him! So other choice is to go outside. If you are having any treatments such as Botox, IV infusion that is required every 3 months. Forget your care! Who cares about the patient! Not Mercy Not Knubley! Glad the other Dr is gone not sure he was much help. Don't think he really listened and neither did the nurse!"
