"I had to laugh all the way home. I went through drive through and kept being interrupted so I knew they were busy. When they finally asked for my order, I stated “ I think a 4 piece is easiest, 2 wings “ and she interrupted and said a 4 piece with what sides - I said just fries but I want 2 wings and 2 .. “ she interrupted again “ A 4 piece fries. And the line went down which was the 3rd time.., after a while She returned, I was lost in the order and I I said 2 apple pies , ; she almost yelled “no apple pie “ . Not we don’t have any at this time, do you want something else., “ just yelling- I said something that she needed some communication skills and she yelled at me that she was the manager! WOW WHEN I DROVE AROUND I REALIZED THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO ME WAS THAT IT WAD HOT AND SPICY. I was lost in the conversation and she never asked—- SO WHEN SHE TOLD ME TO GO ON TO KFC or wherever but she wasn’t going bother with me. I was laughing all the way home because if I had gotten home and it wasn’t hot and spicy, I would have thrown it away. Most of the time I go there, they are helpful, ask the appropriate questions and are very friendly and polite. But this proclaimed manager, did not even know the questions to ask for each area and was rude and I’m sorry to say., no not going there. The night might have been really busy and the stress may have gotten to her."

"Your staff should really treat Dasher/Delivery drivers better. The delivery team and the Popeye's crew both have the same mission: customer satisfaction. Not to mention, dashers are potential customers. Why would I wanna come eat at a place that treat other hospitality workers as a burden."

"Chicken was underdone, and the Mac & Cheese looked like yesterdays. They had a homeless person in there at the time, not eating. Just sitting there listening to the radio way too loud. They also had their Muzak going, so there were 2 different songs playing at the same time. Won't be back. The only reason they got 3 instead of 2 stars was because I love Popeyes, but not this one."

"I went there for some wings. I got the Signature Spicy, Honey BBQ, Sweet and Spicy, and Ghost Pepper. The GP and SS wings were great. The sauce is Spicy but tasty. The BBQ and Sweet we not very good. They were too sweet and really no other taste. Pics below."

"Popeyes is our favorite chicken place. No disappointment here. 4 pieces of chicken is cheaper than 2 pieces across the street. I literally just came from across the street where I ordered 2 pieces and they did not have one of the 2 pieces that usually come with it. They said it would take 25 minutes to fry up. I saved money and got more pieces. The only problem is the pieces of chicken are shrinking or have gone on a diet. I tried the new blackened chicken sandwich and was disappointed. It was small and not much flavor."
