"Ordered my food on Tuesday, which i bought the buy 1 wing and got 1 traditional wing 50% off, and the wings were good except for the medium Buffalo wings. They were too dry and not saucy enough like the lemon pepper wet. The box was torn apart due to the food being very hot, and I recommend they use better packaging for wings. When I ordered the waitress said 10 to 15 minutes, but I waited for my food for 30 minutes. They weren't too busy that day as well. They are quite expensive anyway. The fries weren't all that, and the large was 7.49, which wasn't worth it. I will return, but keep in mind that if you order online or call, you gonna be waiting double your estimated time."

"Service and organization needs improvement. I placed my order via phone. I was told my order would be ready in 20 mins. I arrived and waited 10 minutes before paying and waited 15 additional minutes, totaling a wait time of 45 minutes for 20 wings. They didn't seem but, I decided to request my money back and take my business else where. Just a complete waste of my time. Please get it together."

"I have not been to this location in a very long time, but when I entered I was greeted by Stormy— very bubbly and friendly and Ehrin was an amazing waiter— she was timely, sweet and super helpful! Devin gave us a nice smile & was friendly as well when we were leaving! I will definitely be returning for this great service. ❤️"

"We were promptly seated, received our drinks within a couple moments, got our appetizer very quickly, and then our food came almost immediately after. It was all fresh and hot. Every employee that I encountered was happy to help. Our server was extremely nice and helpful the entire time. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the temperature inside - not sure what the other person's problem was, the temperature was not "set for the staff;" that's also a very entitled way to look at that, but I digress. I also enjoyed playing the trivia a lot as I'm not super interested in sports, so I didn't have to deal with asking anyone to change the channel to any of the TVs, either - I apologize on behalf of the person that thought complaining about not being able to watch their favorite channel while eating hot wings wouldn't make them sound like a child. Overall my experience was 5/5 and I had an awesome time."
