"I should have turned around when I went in. Long wait because the woman at the counter taking orders could not help but argue with customers and employees. After 3 others got their food before I got mine. Word to wise. Enter at your own risk! If it keeps up like this? I predict in less than a week that this Popeyes will be on the news because of a shootout. Prayers to you all."

""We don't have enough mild chicken for 2 orders." "Oh, so I'd have to wait?" "No, my kitchen is closed." (It's 9:08 pm) "Oh, you closed at 9 tonight?" "....... No, we're still open. My kitchen is just closed." "Never mind, don't even worry about it." "Okay""

"Food was alright but normally when I come everything is normally great. I love seeing all the friendly faces especially this one manager she's always very polite and helpful I believe her name is Kristin . Thanks for always making my visit pleasant."

"The guy who was supposed to be taking the orders was in the back making the food. I waited probably 15 minutes and another lady came up and she said, "He'll be with you as soon as he gets settled." There were 4 people waiting behind me and they walked out without even ordering. The guy finally comes up and takes my order and tells me it'll be ready in 5 minutes. I wait another 15 minutes and it's still not ready and everybody in my party has already finished eating. I had a very hungry baby with me so thankfully the other people in my party gave him some of their food since our food wasn't ready yet. When I went up to the counter to check on the food they said it still wasn't ready. I said, "This has been a very bad experience. First it took y'all 15 minutes to even take my order and then I wait another 15 minutes and the food still isn't ready." Nobody apologized or even said a word. They disappeared in the back and then returned and just sat the tray with food down in front of me. Also they shorted us two biscuits."

"The staff is attentive and friendly. Located in a great location to do your Sunday shopping. They offer catering services and call-in orders. Great for kids or a lunch break. Food is always served in a timely manner. Would eat here and will continue to eat here and refer friends and family!"
