"Online order for a Açaí Berry Smoothie When I got home it tasted like alcohol. Fruit has it starts to ferment (going bad) can give off that taste and smell. It can also cause salmonella. I called the store to inform them of this and the young girl lied about being a store manager and simply said ok. I asked if they are going to issue me a refund and her response was to call back and speak to the manager. She had just told me she was a manager. Never going back."

"Unacceptable customer service! Waited 15 mins for food and I was the only one there. 4 staff were there! 2 on the cell phone texting in the food area. One can’t take orders bc he is laughing!!! Then wait 15 mins for burnt food!! Smoothies were given early so they melted while I was waiting on the food!!! Horrible experience!!!!"

"I used to visit this location often and the service was fast and efficient - now it’s unorganized and hectic. It took 30 minutes for 5 cars and 2 guest inside. Because the employees are literally on their phones, laughing, and playing. I know this can’t be up to Tropical Smoothies standards because from the drive through you can see their computer screen and five orders are blinking red. I’m in the customer service industry so my patience is a lot higher than most when it comes to things like this. And to top it off my smoothly looks like someone chewed it up instead of blending it and the cup was not full"
