"Restaurant quality food that actually tastes pretty flavorable. I think they could use some bread or toast of some sort. I asked the waitress about bread and she pointed out that the rice was "carbs enough. " .....I didn't like her response. She went on to tell us about her rough day.... we politely listened. The first time we went my food was warm but not hot. The second time it was perfect per the pictures provided. My son said that his shrimp tacos had too much cheese and they gave him a quarter size dip for it... not enough. Should have taken a pic of it, but it was about the size of 4 qtrs stacked. The other thing is that they brought my gumbo after my main course. They didn't even ask if I wanted it beforehand."

"First-time eating there seating was quick and food wasn't a long wait. I ordered queso dip for an appetizer and they gave me 5 chips and I had a full bowl of cheese dip left it took forever for someone to come back to the table and eventually the food came and I asked for more chips it took 20 minutes to get chips. Nothing was hot my husband's pasta was cold and undercooked and they didn't give us silverware so he ate pasta with a spoon and after leaving immediately my stomach hurt they responded to the review and said they would reach out for a refund to come back but they never did"

"Waited 25 minutes to be seated. The place was packed. Sports fans, graduation parties, regular folk. When we ordered the burger we weren't asked how we liked it cooked and that was obvious when it came to the table dry as a hockey puck. The Cali chicken. Wrap was all chicken and less fresh veggies. The side of gumbo had unidentified cuts of meat and Nominal rice. The margarita I g ot halfway through and couldn't stomach the rest of it."

"I ordered the Lemon Butter Chicken with broccoli & corn grits and it was absolutely amazing. The chicken was super moist and tender and those corn grits are to die for-Super yummy! The boudan balls were good as was the red beans and rice. Great authentic Cajun flavors. Great service as well. I will definitely be back!"
