"We have been constant customers until this evening. The past 3 orders they have forgotten something we clearly ordered. When we called the restaurant we experienced long hold times, excuses and rudeness. There was no resolve or apology given. We will not waste our money here again. Obviously the staff cannot read orders well or they just don't care about good customer service. This is very unprofessional and disappointing. I will be spreading this review all over social media and on BBB."

"If you offer curbside, you shouldn’t be mad if people decide to use it. I arrived just as I got the email that my pizza was done. I parked in front of the door and sent the email to the store. I waited 10 minutes while workers got on their cells, group at the front, and walk around. I finally went inside and was not really greeted, but more of a here you go. It was dark and I had my pet with me; I didn’t want to leave my car. By the time I got home, my pizza was lukewarm. Also, one of the pizzas was incorrect. Will think twice before trying again."

"3 or 4 months ago, I went to and enjoyed a great pizza. Great standard crust, plenty of sauce and cooked to perfection. 10/8/2023 I went to Marco's ordered a large pizza. Crust was not up to what I expected, nearly no sauce, overdone. I don't know if I'll go there again or not. Hoge disappointment."

"Today I took a chance on trying the pizza and cheese bread sticks for the first time and was not disappointed. Soon as I walked in I was greeted and my pizza was ready exactly on time. My wife said it's the best pizza she has ever had and she's very picky when it comes to pizza. 5 stars across the board for Marcos pizza! I will definitely be back!"
